Hi, I’m Ali, I’m 26 and I’m a chartered accountant and a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
After completing all my professional exams to become an Associate of Chartered Accountants (ACA) I started creating accounting videos and content. The content is aimed to help university and professional exam students.
I came up with the concept of the videos due to my own personal experience when studying my undergraduate in BSc Accounting. The syllabus seemed to focus only on the technical side of accounting (IAS and IFRS Standards) but often overlooked the approach and technique students should take. This made studying confusing and frustrating; my notes barely made sense to me!
Over years of studying and tutoring sessions, I made an approach to all the questions that were examinable that I wish I knew from the very start. These exam techniques made accounting more enjoyable and easier to understand. This led me to pass 100% of my exams first time and averaged over 70% in professional accounting and finance exams.
The videos will be step-by-step guides, answer templates and solutions to questions for accounting and finance topics.
